My students range in age from 18 to 80. They have worked with me to improve their balance, co-ordination, strength, flexibility and control in order to overcome injuries and illnesses, recover from surgery or bearing children, relieve postural pain, boost sports performance and supplement training schedules.

At its best, Pilates is a lifelong journey of exploration of your body and how to get the best from it. Joseph Pilates said: “In 10 sessions you’ll feel the difference, in 20 you’ll see the difference, and in 30 you’ll have a new body”.
